How do you take something so ordinary and make it soo utterly extraordinary? Again exquisite!! Did you sharpen the picture? This picture I want as a 100x200 to put on my wall as wall paper gosh I wish I could afford it...my favorite color this is just beautiful Jason seriously. Your pictures transport me to a place..they aren't just pictures. This is so serene...does that make sense? WOW I hope I am working toward being that good...Thank you so much it has been a "grown up" day and to come here on your blog is just like breathing I stop and breathe and then rest for the evening...probably a TMI but you are just so talented. THANK YOU!!
I want to go lay down in the center of them and just take very large, deep breathes for about 24 hours...amazing. Okay I think I am done gooshing. I am sorry I took up so much space this picture is just phenomenal!!!
LDub: this photo is not sharpened. It is a true macro the way I like it. low and close. i'll be happy to email you the photo for you to may a wallpaper or whatever. (jason@doreygroup.com) -oops- I read that as like your computer desktop wallpaper... may be you meant real wall? :0 haha.
I do mean true wallpaper wallpaper I would love it for my computer as well. The shot is exquisite! I wish I could figure out why my macros don't turn out that sharp and concise...I would love to blame it on the camera however I guess that I need more practice I only found out about the macro setting literally a couple of months ago and I am totally loving it so I still have a ways to go and am allowing myself some grace. I would love this as my wallpaper for my computer, thank you.
This is my near daily photography web log. I got interested in photography in high school and have been taking shots ever since. I am still developing techniques and honing my eye. I tend to gravitate toward macro shots, small subjects and low perspective. Have fun digging through the blog and looking at old posts. You will see that I have worked through different processing, framing and display techniques along the way. It's all in an effort to learn something new. All of these photos were taken with minimal equipment and consumer level cameras. You can do any of this with your camera too. Thanks for stopping by. Leave a comment or ask a question. Let's learn this stuff together.
