Two images layered over each other. These are out of focus lights on my Christmas Tree. I was playing with focus and DOF trying to see if I could get similar bokeh from each technical deviation. I got lost in my assignment and found myself drawn to these tiny bubbles. Then I saw that I had different sized circles of light depending on my zoom setting. Next it seemed obvious to me to overlay them and see what I got. Look at the deep layers of light where the rings touch and tangle with each other. It is a near celestial observance.
the white light invasion on the right edge is bothering me... I'll have to recreate that photos ad see what that is.
ReplyDeleteAwesome!
ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous! I wish you would post it on my blog HERE.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jason, I love this!
ReplyDeleteThank you Karen. It's nice to see Avery posted up there also.
ReplyDeleteThe white bleed on the right edge is natural light from the window behind the tree. The white space between branches created this. The extremely out of focus light was captured... there you have it.
ReplyDeleteWonderful colors and light!
