obscure oak

I drive by this tree often...  never has it been so formidable.  It's strength brings it through the fog to be seen as a pillar of nature.  A guide to all those around.  Obscure, yes, but no less powerful.

  1. I gotta tell ya in all seriousness your pictures keep getting better and better and better!! I am not sure how many total you have taken but this is my favorite EVER!!! How much would you charge me for an 8 X 10? This has all the mystery and strength and romance and wonder of any picture of have ever seen Jason! WOW I hope you are proud of this one it is brilliant and captures so much and stirs and evokes so much emotion!!! My minds eye can even see a swing on the bottom of the 'ole oak tree thank God for your gift!! Seriously!

  2. Very mystical and yet grounding at the same time. I like this picture a lot. It kind of says to me that if I keep my feet firmly planted I don't need to see exactly what's going on around me.
